How To Become an Air Traffic Supervisor:
In order to become an Air Traffic Supervisor, you must first obtain a bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field. After completing your degree, you must then pass the FAA Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS) exam. Once you have passed the exam, you must then complete on-the-job training and obtain a minimum of two years of experience as an air traffic controller. After completing the necessary training and experience, you must then pass the FAA Air Traffic Control Supervisor (ATCS) exam. Once you have passed the exam, you will be eligible to become an Air Traffic Supervisor.
