Field Scouts are responsible for gathering data and information in the field. They are responsible for surveying land, collecting samples, and conducting research. They must be able to identify and analyze data, and report their findings to their supervisors. Field Scouts must be able to work independently and in teams, and must be able to work in a variety of environments.
